Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WSI Wealth Systems & Intelligent Capital Ltd, Georgiou Karaiskaki 11–13, 7560 Pervolia, Larnaca, Cyprus, Email: info@wsi-capital.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal, relative to the full scope of the contract.

Special Notice

In accordance with Section 356 (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the provision of services if:

  • the service has been fully performed, and
  • the performance began only after the consumer provided their express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract was fully performed.
